Juluwarlu wins award

Michael Woodley, Hon Gary Hardgrave MP, Lorraine Coppin, Tyson Mowarin

On the 20th of September 2006, at a special presentation dinner in Sydney, Juluwarlu Aboriginal Corporation received the 2006 Minister's Award for Excellence for Employers of Australian Apprentices for the Northern Western Australia Region.

Representing Juluwarlu at this prestigious event were Lorraine Coppin, Michael Woodley. Tyson Mowarin was present as a representative of Juluwarlu's trainees. There was a two hour cruise of Sydney Harbour before the awards ceremony which was held at the Crystal Palace in the famous Lunar Park.

The Award was presented by the Hon Gary Hardgrave MP.
